I want to fight extreme poverty by placing a 30 sec video in NY Times Square for 10 days, and running twitter ads for 12 months — and I need your help.

I am a farmer in eastern Uganda. I come from a rather challenging background.
My region Busoga, is also Uganda’s poorest. I want to change this. I am also the founder of the Uganda Community Farm (UCF), a nonprofit fighting extreme poverty.
A New York Times Square Billboard & twitter ads:
The 30 second video that I want to place on a Times Square billboard for 10 days, and the X ads, are intended to raise support for a grain cleaning, drying and storage facility that will create new market linkages for rural poor smallholder farmers in our region.
Once this grain facility is in place, I will then use it as leverage to develop a fully-fledged, integrated agro-processing plant that will place the rural poor in our region on a self-sustainable path from poverty by creating markets for at least ten different crops.
I have tried to raise support for both the grain facility and the integrated plant for ten years, in vain. But looking at my own lifelong battle with poverty, and the level of poverty in our region, I am not happy sitting back. It is why I am now changing my game with a Times Square billboard + year-round twitter ads — and I need your help.
Methodology:
a) Recording a 30-second video of myself saying the words:
“Hi everyone, my name is Anthony, a farmer in Busoga, Uganda’s poorest region. I am asking you to help us install a grain facility that will create new market linkages for the rural poor in our region. Learn more on: ugandafarm.org/facility”
This video will be played 44 times a day, for ten days, on a Times Square Billboard.
b). Creating a twitter ad with exactly the same text as in (a) above, with my video in (a) above also embedded in the twitter ad. I want to run this ad daily, for 12 months.
Costs:
a) Playing my video on a Times Square billboard 44 times a day, for 10 days:
My video will run on one of the billboards operated by TimesSquareBillboard.com on 1560 Broadway (where they have a 31 ft tall x 55 ft wide billboard) or 1500 Broadway (where they operate a 27 ft tall x 52 ft wide billboard), or their other billboards here.
Though agencies like ‘Clear Channel Outdoor’ mostly run Billboard ads in Times Square for big corporations (with big budgets), TimesSquareBillboard.com specifically provides individuals & small organizations with Times Square billboard ads on friendly budgets.
Cost: $500 for playing a 30-second video 44 times a day, i.e.,, $5,000 for ten days (TimesSquareBillboard.com charges $150 for personal photos/videos, but $500 for orgs).
b) Twitter ads: $50 a day, i.e, $1,500 a month, and $18,000 for 12 months.
Total cost (for both the Times Square Billboard & twitter ads): $23,000.
